Bodywork has significantly contributed to Sarah's own personal growth and healing, and she strives to share that experience with others. The work she does is not or driven to "fixing" people. Rather, the work is about bringing in a sense of clarity and a heightened sense of awareness. The sessions are relaxing, even though they are also deep. Sarah enjoys witnessing the shifts that happens when one exhales, a muscle relaxes, and stress that's been locked in for a day, month, year, or many years evaporates.

 

Clients at Catalyst Hands often experience transformation. By using warm stones, individually-tailored pressure, and intuition, Sarah facilitates the melting of knots and the dissipation of tension. She is happy to see clients feel a deep sense of relaxation, lightness and ease. Sarah strives to create a safe, trusting and collaborative experience.
